FAQ’s/Policy

Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?

A: All RockYourLocs Jewelry shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery, and we’ve chosen shippers with excellent track records (Please note a tracking number for every order is provided).


Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: Yes. Message us with your request. Custom Orders require at least a two weeks advance notice. If you require your custom order sooner please ask and we will do our best to make arrangements. Custom orders will require a 50% deposit.


Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: Yes. Wholesale orders require a minimum $200.00 order.


Q: Do you do consignment?

A: Yes, We do consign. Message us for details.


Q: Do you do jewelry repair?

A: Yes, we do very affordable jewelry repair. Prices start at $10 for replacement of wire, beads, and cords. Prices increase depending on materials needed to complete repair. You (Customer) will be responsible for shipping fees both ways. For additional price details please message us with specific questions.


Q: What can I do if I’ve broken a piece of Jewelry I’ve purchased from RockYourLocs?

A: We will fix it. You (Customer) will be responsible for shipping fees both ways. The cost of the repair for a RockYourLocs Jewelry purchased with 30days is free if damage occurs due to normally wear and tear or defective mechanism by maker (US). After 30days cost of repair will depend on the materials needed to complete the repair. You will have a final price and are responsible for complete payment before we complete the repair. Q: What can I do if I’ve ordered the wrong size Jewelry?

A: We will adjust the jewelry for you (Customer) at no cost; if this issue occurs within 30days after the product reaches your (Customer) house. After the 30days once the RockYourLocs Jewelry has reached the customer’s house, you (Customer) will be required a 50% fee of the orginal price of the jewelry to make any necessary adjustments.

  • Please measure appropriate area of body to ensure jewelry meets your  satisfaction.

What payment methods do you offer?

PayPal using your MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron or Direct Debit.


PayPal is a secure way of making payment it keeps your personal information as a customer safe and secure will ensuring a quick and easy way of making a payment.
